Shipping Policy

Every watch that leaves Caliber Crest is packaged, insured, and shipped with the same care that goes into selecting it. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we take 1–2 business days to verify your order, perform a final quality check on your watch, and prepare it for shipment. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the shipping time described below. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 8 to 21 business days from the date your order is processed. This estimate reflects careful handling and, where applicable, transit from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Given the value of our products, all shipments include tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance at no additional cost to you unless otherwise noted at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
5. Signature & Insurance Requirements
Because our products are high in value, every order requires an adult signature (18 or older) upon delivery. We are unable to waive this requirement, even upon request, as it protects both you and us in the rare event of a lost or misdelivered package.
For this reason, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
6. Shipping Delays
Should your order be delayed beyond our stated 8–21 business day estimate, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware of the delay. You will have the option to continue waiting for your order or to cancel it for a full refund of any unshipped merchandise, in line with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Every shipment is insured. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at client@calibercrest.com so we can open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before opening further, and contact us right away so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
9. Service Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you would like to arrange delivery outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this is possible.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our carriers, processes, or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
