Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
At Caliber Crest, every timepiece we ship is inspected, packaged, and insured with the same care as the movement inside it. We want you to feel entirely confident purchasing with us. This Policy explains, clearly and in full, how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed at Caliber Crest.
1. Overview
This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Caliber Crest online store by customers in the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection law.
2. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, except where required by law or where the item is confirmed defective (see Section 10).
3. Condition Requirements
To be accepted, a returned watch must be:
- Unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches, dents, or wear of any kind;
- Returned in its original box, with all links, papers, warranty card, and authenticity certificate included;
- Returned with all protective stickers and the tamper-evident security tag intact and unremoved;
- Accompanied by the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team (see Section 5).
If a returned item shows signs of wear, alteration, or a removed/broken security tag, we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's price to cover re-certification and repackaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Watches that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise customized to order;
- Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at checkout;
- Gift cards and promotional items;
- Items returned without prior RMA authorization.
5. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email client@calibercrest.com within your 14-day window, including your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
Please do not ship any item back to us before receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns sent without one may be refused or delayed.
6. Return Shipping & Insurance
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item (see Section 10), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the value of our products, we require that returns be sent via a trackable, signature-required, and insured shipping method.
Caliber Crest is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit during a return. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number and proof of insurance until your refund is confirmed.
7. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 3 business days to confirm it meets the conditions in Section 3. You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
If a return is declined under Section 3, we will contact you with options: the item can be shipped back to you at your cost, or, at our discretion, an exchange may be offered instead.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel or modify an order free of charge at any time before it has shipped by contacting us at client@calibercrest.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and instead becomes subject to the standard return process above.
9. Exchanges
If you would like a different model, size, or finish, contact our team within your 14-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability and to the same condition requirements as returns (Section 3). Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at client@calibercrest.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue.
Once verified, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide, at your choice, a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. This applies regardless of the 14-day window in Section 2, provided you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Shipping Times & Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery is 8 to 21 business days from the date your order is processed. Should your order be delayed beyond this estimate, we will notify you by email and offer the option to continue waiting or to cancel your order for a full refund of any unshipped merchandise.
12. Sales Tax on Refunds
Where applicable, any sales tax collected on your order will be refunded in proportion to the value of the returned merchandise, in accordance with the tax laws of the state to which your order was shipped.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
